Fully redeveloped in 2022, the architectural design elements and redevelopment improvements takes into account the hospital location across the street, closely mirroring the signage, landscaping, façade materials, and coloring to create an effective extension of the main Danbury Hospital campus. Aspect Health leveraged its expertise in construction management, including completing procurement, budgeting, and value engineering to deliver a turn-key build-out for the tenant.
